Straight answers, no fine print
How pricing works - no hidden fees
Your price is calculated upfront from a published rate card: a base service fee plus a set price per item, with any access surcharges (like stairs) shown as their own line before you book. What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no fuel fees, disposal fees, or surprise add-ons at the door - ever.
The price-adjustment policy, plainly
Your price is guaranteed for the job you described. The only time a price changes is if the job on-site is genuinely different from what you booked - more items, or access conditions that weren't mentioned. If that happens, your pro shows you the updated price before doing any work, and you can decline with no charge. It's a fairness rule, not a loophole: you're never charged for anything you didn't approve.
Cancellations & refunds
When you book, your card is only authorized - you're not charged until a pro accepts your job. Cancel any time before a pro accepts and the authorization is simply released, free. If something goes wrong after that, call us and we'll make it right - that's the WasteMatch Guarantee.
Your data
We never sell your information. Your details are used only to complete your job and are shared with your pro solely so they can do the work.
